INSPIRATION GLYNDEBOURNE GOES WILD. Invited by Glyndebourne opera house, a private opera company in England, to paint scenes of wildlife in the gardens of the house. Oenone was inspired by the idea of wild animals cavorting around a formal English garden, married with scenes from operas featuring wild animals: Such as the paintings” Let me play the lions part” inspired by “Midsummer nights dream”, and” Papageno on the wall” Inspired by “The magic flute”. The collection of paintings was exhibited at the Glyndebourne Opera House season in 2001.
